HTTPS checks with configurable thresholds. Sites are declared down only after consecutive failures, avoiding noise from one-off blips.

Certificate expiry

Daily certificate checks from Certificate Transparency logs with warnings at the threshold you choose.

DNS change detection

Hourly snapshots of A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT and CAA records. Unexpected changes can signal a hijacked registrar or DNS account.

Monitoring runs from Cloudflare’s global network on a 5-minute scheduler. Minimum intervals: Business 5 minutes, Pro 10 minutes, Starter 30 minutes. Actual spacing can vary by a few minutes; Webforta is not a multi-location probe network.
